Get ready for the summer!
New to mountain biking and looking for a comprehensive introduction to the sport? Join us for a full-day introductory clinic to kick off your season and set you up for success! We'll talk about your bike itself - how to check it fits correctly, what to bring on a ride, and how to know when your equipment needs attention.
We'll go over the fundamental skills of mountain biking - how to descend with confidence, how to climb efficiently, how to brake without skidding, and how to corner.
We'll break for lunch, then we'll take our new skills to the trails for a tour of the Kincaid singletrack trails and a chance to practice what we learned in the morning!

This clinic is for riders 16 years and older, who have at least basic cycling skills - you can pedal to the ice cream store and back safely, and are trying to feel more comfortable riding off-road.
Agenda:
Lunch is included, we will send out some options before the clinic, but please let us know at the time of booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.
